Your installer will:
• Contact you to schedule your installation appointment.
Appointments are available from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday).
• Check your compatibility. It is critical that your home has a NEUTRAL WIRE (three AC electrical connections) at the wall switch. The WeMo Light will not work without the NEUTRAL WIRE. Your installer will confirm this if you are not sure. **
• Remove old light switch.
• Install up to three Light Switches.
• Give a brief demonstration of Light Switch functionality.
• Show you how to connect to your home’s Wi-Fi network.
